The Privacy Act 1988 sets standards for the way personal information is handled, and Starick Services Inc is committed to ensuring that client details are protected and managed in accordance with these standards.

The only place in this website you may need to provide personal details is if you donate to us online. If you do, your credit card details will be held by the transaction processor, not by us. We may keep your contact details so we can keep in touch with you, but we will never share these details with any other organisation.


No part of this website may be reproduced or used for any purpose other than private personal use without the prior written consent of Starick Services Inc.


The Starick Op Shop ships goods Australia wide using Australia Post, either Regular or Express (your choice).  You may choose to collect your purhase/s from the Starick Op Shop at no charge. Large and bulky items can be collected from the Op Shop.

We aim to ship your order within 5 working days from Perth, WA.

Australian Express will deliver your order faster ONLY if you are in the Australia Post next day delivery network.

If nobody is present when Australia Post delivers, you should receive a calling card explaining where to collect your parcel.


If you are not satisfied with a product that you ordered online once you’ve had the chance to see it first-hand, you are welcome to return it to us within 30 days, unused and in its original condition. We will refund your cost of goods (not the cost of the postage).

Please email us with details of the product you wish to return along with your proof of purchase. We will provide you with return postal details. Please then pack the products safely into a suitable box, address the parcel and drop it into your local Post Office. We recommend registering your parcel as we cannot be held responsible for items lost in transit. Please Note: do take care with packaging the items as we cannot take responsibility for any damage in return transit.

Once we have received the parcel and verified that the items are undamaged, we will send you an email confirming that we will refund the cost of your goods minus all postal costs. Please allow 2 – 7 days for the refund to process.

Online Faulty Goods Returns

Should you believe a product is faulty, please email us immediately with the product name as well as your proof of purchase and a brief description of the fault. We will then contact you to discuss the best course of action. Please do not return products without first contacting us.
